.. making sure it actually says what you do. Yes - I know that seems simple, but how often do you meet someone, then weeks later wonder who that person was and what exactly they do?
Use your business cards as a communication tool:
- put your picture on it: people will remember your face before the words on your card
- have a business name that actually says what you do: Legal Eagles, Pheonix Photos, Rapid Repairs, Lion's Shares Trading
- pick a title that people understand
- list your services or products
- have a special offer or incentive to email / pick up the phone
- have somewhere people can write on your card. "We met at ... "
